The Cusinato Company proposes Silos manufactured with an exclusive system: a sturdy metal bearing structure designed for supporting high specific weight loads, by considering also food systems (Belt Conveyors or Bucket Elevators).

In addition the Cusinato Company has designed an exclusive system for fixing of panels that prevents the formation of cracks due to natural expansions and temperature excursion, cancelling infiltrations or product stagnation.
In this way the panelling is relieved by the "bearing" function and guarantees the non-deformability for the silo and the maximum degree of hygiene in each cell.

Automatic loading systems for the storage plants, equipped with bucket conveyors (or, upon specific request, mobile belt), which ensure full flexibility in the routes and the load cell combinations.

Stainless steel spiral lowerator for each cell (different versions, diameters and capacities), developed, and perfected in order to accompany and deposit the products when loaded without damaging it, by exploiting in full the cell capacity.

Extraction system by vibration for unloading with total emptying out of the cells. Complete with adjustable shutter and flow diverter, it is available in two versions: manual or automatic action with remote control.

Electrical control panel with PLC and/or computerised operator interfaces (one or more PC workstations) that allow monitoring the entire process of loading and unloading, by programming and automating the exchange from cell to cell and sending the product to the packaging machines. It may be customised.

Computer system equipped with instruments that monitor the activities of the plant and ensure the management and the reliability over time (log event operation, maintenance management, password management operators, production reports, statistics, historical alarms, etc.).
