The Cusinato bucket conveying systems are the result of years of research and experimentation built into specific prototypes and field tested across countless applications for transferring a broad range of granular products.
- The Cusinato bucket conveying systems are available in a wide selection of sizes and models aimed at satisfying vertical and horizontal conveying requirements.
- Each single machine can be fitted with one or more infeed stations, ideally sealed (Cusinato patent design) in any point along the horizontal transit section. It is possible to have one discharge station (fixed discharge) or multiple discharge stations (several electro-compressed air operated stations): the bucket is tipped 360° degrees ensuring perfect, reliable and complete product discharge as well as guaranteeing low mechanical wear.
- Ideal solutions for conveying fragile or delicate products: the buckets, available in a choice of models depending on the type of product to convey and conveying volume, are fitted with patented components (exclusive Cusinato deign) to prevent product loss and spillage and are manufactured in food grade materials.
- The support and chain guide system, manufactured in a low friction material, is mounted on purpose extruded anodised aluminium profiles (Cusinato exclusive design) guaranteeing low maintenance and longevity.
- A specific and purpose drop collector gutter system is fitted all along the horizontal transit sections to prevent lubricant spillage.Each single machine, as the complete conveying system in more complex plants, ensures maximum performance, low maintenance and reliability over time as well as guaranteeing the product is not damaged in any way during transit.
