The range of Cusinato Vibrosifters offer reliability, flexibility and longevity.
Extremely robust and reliable these Vibrosifters are manufactured utilising only prime quality components to guarantee high performance and efficiency and are maintenance free.
The use of special elastic and shock-absorbing elements and the perfect balance of the moving masses offer a stability that is hard to match and, at the same time, a high degree of efficiency when it comes to cleaning and to the separation of the product from lumps, dust and chips, while accomplishing a fundamental function within the productive process.
All the parts that come in contact with the product are made of stainless steel. A number of improvements have been made to prevent irregular product build-up in the sieves, among which self-cleaning sieve screens are also available.
Our range of Vibrosifters includes a wide choice of models and sizes depending on conveying capacity requirements and can be supplied with a single screen or several interchangeable screens positioned at different heights.
Each single detail is designed and developed to offer maximum hygiene, reliability and performance.
For the replacement of the sieves, in addition to the conventional manual snap-on/off system, we offer also an exclusive servo-controlled electro-compressed air system.
