Vibration is the ideal and most convenient method for conveying and handling products that are greasy and sticky but also delicate. Cusinato has perfected this technique for the pet food industry.
This type of conveyor is similar in appearance to the Vibrosifters except it does not mount sieving screens and vibration is given by 2 motor-driven vibrators.
These customized vibrating feeders, available in a choice of models, all convey delicate products along flat paths of transport. They are also used for forming a uniform product flow along a particular section when feeding Bucket Elevators, Drying and Cooling Belts.
