The Cusinato Vibrating Extractors are the ideal solution for conveying pet food. These extractors, fitted to the silo outlet or to various types of accumulation bins, thanks to the oscillations extract and dose the product.
Equipped with one or two motor-driven vibrators our vibrating extractors are the perfect choice for extracting and dosing products stored in silos, even when handling products that do not flow easily. The modular sliding gate, which can be either manual or electrically operated, constantly doses the quantity of product to extract. When having to mix different products these extractors can be equipped with flow control sensors to guarantee no accidental malfunctions and that all the elements of a recipe are correctly fed.
The Cusinato Vibrating Extractors consist of a choice of models satisfying varying production rate requirements.
