The Cusinato Company Bucket Elevator lines are used exclusively for the handling of delicate and fragile products. 

The Jolly line is suited for the transport of animal feed (feed for dogs, cats, fish, etc.), in which the integrity and the absence of residues must be guaranteed.
These plants may be used in the production line, in the storage post and packing loading and have a large range of transport.
The Jolly line consists of 8 models of different sizes with a 70 m³/h maximum capacity (Maxi Jolly model 1260).
The transport buckets may be of various materials, ensuring always the maximum hygiene and cleanliness of the product.

The elevators may be used in different phases:

• in the production of animal feed
• feeding storage silos with the finished product
• associated with the packaging equipment

The elevators are made up of:

• a lower loading base in which the tightening group is set, this structure makes the regulating actions of the chain unnecessary. In the lower part of the loading base the extractable drawers may be inserted; 
• a vertical part which may be provided with inspection or cleaning doors and windows; - an upper head-end discharge in which the various fixed or pneumatic receding steps may be set.
