BELT STORAGE SYSTEM FOR HANDLING PASTA NESTS
Cusinato, today launches the result of extensive research satisfying specific requirements of the most demanding pasta producers. An innovative, complete, exclusive and patented loading system, purposely designed and developed for handling the most fragile food products, specially bulky pasta, aimed at companies who want and focus on production efficiency and quality.
Our new bucket elevator has been studied and designed for feeding product to different levels all positioned vertically. This patented and exclusive bucket elevator is fed from the production line and can load any storage level (if empty), by “gently” placing the product on a linking belt. This elevator, in addition to the discharge stations for each level, includes an extra unloading station for emergency or for waste product. At the infeed each storage level is equipped with a belt conveyor which lays the product on the storage belt after receiving it from the bucket elevator.
The belt storage system, which incorporates Cusinato's know-how and technology, is designed to store the product by spreading it evenly and at varying thicknesses along the entire width of the storage belt. Thanks to the differentiated supports for loading and unloading, processing and storage operations have never been so quick and simple. This system can be supplied bespoke to your specific requirements making it the ideal solution to be incorporated into an existing production line and where space is at a premium.
